  1. Alphabetize (Record Menu)
  2. Selecting Alphabetize, under the Record menu, displays the current list in alphabetical order by the first twenty (20) characters of the first line.

  4. You can index your list by first or last name by selecting Edit menu, Preferences..., and choosing the Last Name or First Name button under Save by:.
